Doctorate in Business Administration as well as Master of International Business Administration a from ESLSCA Business School, Paris, France. Certified Trainer, Assessor and Validator from The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and bachelor’s degree of Foreign Trade, Helwan University, Egypt. Hazem Brings more than 25 years of diversified knowledge in Organizational Excellence. Dr. Hazem was a Consultant for the Ministry of the Interior-United Arab Emirates for the qualification and win in the Electronically Excellent Entity in the UAE Award. He also participated as an assessor in many awards such as the Emirates Award for Excellence in Government Performance, the Dubai Award for Excellence in Government Performance, the Ideal Employee Award for Abu Dhabi Police, the Egyptian Private Sector Award for Excellence and the Quality Award for the Development of Technical Schools in Egypt, in addition to, Egypt Excellence government award.
